Erin has worked in the non-profit sector for more than 20 years. During her twelve years as an executive director, Erin developed nationally recognized programs that positively impacted numerous communities. Erin currently serves as the director of Mind in the Making, a national nonprofit organization that delivers research to benefit people in their daily lives.
Erin believes there are no limits to what organizations, people, and leaders can accomplish when principles of integrity, honesty, and vision are aligned. Underscoring her philosophy, Erin is the author of Be Amazing: Tools for Living Inspired, and she speaks to audiences all over the United States to empower and inspire them to fully use their gifts and talents.
Erin earned an undergraduate degree in child development and psychology at California State University, Sacramento. She received a Master of Science in public service administration from the University of Evansville.
Erin has been happily married for nearly 25 years and is the mother of four and grandmother of one. She understands how to balance a career with a healthy family life. Her core belief is always family first. She is an avid reader and enjoys her two dogs and one cat.
Erin is funny, compassionate, enthusiastic, and authentic. She is known for her contagious laugh and powerful presence. Erin’s message is universal: Success starts within and is possible for everyone.
