Linsay Warren is both a practicing attorney and business consultant. With over a decade of legal experience in the social sector, Linsay started her consulting business to inspire and support others in implementing their social change visions. Launching initiatives to support positive community transformation is Linsay’s passion, and she provides multi-faceted advising services to do so while continuing to practice law in the areas of civil and business litigation.
Linsay’s prior experience includes serving as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), an international organization that supports post-9/11 veterans. Linsay provided legal and business advice, oversaw legal operations, and supervised a team of attorneys and paralegals. She managed the organization’s contracts, commercial insurance portfolio, and estate matters. Linsay also served as a facilitator and executive speaker for trainings in teamwork, leadership, communication, risk management, and compliance.
Before joining WWP, Linsay served as In-House Counsel and Adoption Supervisor for Family Support Services of North Florida (FSS), a non-profit that cares for children in foster care. Linsay provided legal advice while overseeing the contract department. She also facilitated strategy resolution meetings for high risk children, families, and stakeholders. Linsay had the honor of serving as a representative for the Governor’s Explore Adoption Campaign, an initiative to raise awareness for children available for adoption through foster care.
Prior to starting her legal career, Linsay spent a year consulting with an international women’s non-profit. Her work focused on risk management, operations, and women’s leadership development. Linsay grew up working in a family music business where she gained experience in sales, recruitment, marketing, and account management.
