G3 developed, designed, and executed training for more than 400 educators, administrators, and executives with the help of a $2.4M grant. Some 70 Little Sprouts employees received training in FranklinCovey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Deepak Chopra’s Soul of Leadership. Additionally, 24 employees were trained in 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers, while 30 were educated in Speed of Trust. Many Little Sprouts employees were trained to teach others, with 17 becoming Facilitators qualified to teach 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Little Sprouts can now boast 20 newly certified teachers in High Scope Preschool and Infant/Toddler, with 60 individuals receiving college credit in advanced child development, learning differences, and Director 1/2 Certification. Customer care and positive employee interaction are important aspects of the Little Sprouts model. To that end, 400 employees received training in Celebrity Experience Customer Service, Conscious Communication, time management, project management, and strengths-based coaching. Those critical trainings resulted in a 225 percent growth rate over four years, increasing retention by 38 percent and performance bonuses by 60 percent and creating 120 new positions, along with 27 new and additional management roles to support growth. Little Sprouts reports increased employee engagement by 56 percent and decreased time in conflict by 26 percent. The company has enhanced its ability to meet and exceed its annual strategic outcomes by 77 percent, expanded into additional states, and executed two successful venture-capital transactions.
